Waikiki Yacht Club is located on the edge of the Ala Moana Beach Park, the largest beach park in the State of Hawaii. Consequently, there is prime swimming and surfing just a three-minute walk from the club. The park also provides ample parking for club visitors.

The Ala Moana Shopping Center, the largest shopping center in the state, is diagonally across the street, offering additional parking for yacht club visitors and also providing a hub for the island’s excellent bus service.

Waikiki’s beaches, hotels, shops, and night life are an easy walk or a five-minute drive by car or bus.

Downtown Honolulu is also a five-minute drive by car or a pleasant 30-minute walk, through the park, along the waterfront, and past the Iolani Palace (the only palace in the United States).
